Kotivara’s Winter Salami is a seasonal product, seasoned according to Central European tradition. Winter Salami is cured for an exceptionally long time in the cold and crisp winter air – for as long as 8 weeks. The result is a truly mouth-watering flavour for salami lovers. Winter Salami is lightly smoked. Winter Salami is available in several grocery stores from November to March.

Pork (EU), horsemeat (EU and outside EU), pork fat (EU), salt, sucrose, spices (coriander, black pepper, mustard seed, white pepper), spice extracts, dextrose, antioxidant (E316), hydrolyzed vegetable protein (maize), vegetable fat (rape seed oil) and preservative (E250). 100 grams is made from 127 grams of meat.
