Our cold-smoked horse meat is slowly smoked over alder wood with a gentle aroma. Careful cold-smoking makes the meat tender and juicy.

We definitely recommend trying our cold-smoked slices in a sandwich. The slices are also perfect for sandwich cakes and cooking in general. Our cold-smoked horse has only 4.4% fat.
