Ultra-light Salami by Kotivara is Finland’s lightest salami (based on a comparison of commonly available salami, 1/2018). It contains only 2.7% fat, i.e. as little as high-quality whole-meat products. 100 grams of Ultra-light Salami has only 144 kcal, and one slice has approximately 6 kcal.
Our Ultra-light Salami owes its full flavour to almost fat-free meat, tasty seasoning and slow and careful curing over the gentle aroma of alder wood.
