Thanks to the slow and careful curing, a whole salami really brings out the strong and meaty flavour of the Russian Salami. Because it lasts so well, it’s also the perfect sausage to take with you to a summer cottage for instance.

Pork (EU), horsemeat (EU and outside EU), pork fat (EU), salt, sucrose, spices (coriander, black pepper, mustard seed, white pepper), spice extracts, dextrose, antioxidant (E316), hydrolyzed vegetable protein (maize), vegetable fat (rape seed oil) and preservative (E250). 100 grams is made from 127 grams of meat. The country it has been reared and slaughtered in is indicated for each meat. High in sodium.
